Stock Photography Embarrassment?
Two women arriving at a party wearing the same dress is a classic embarrassing situation. Do you suppose that marketing and design staff at major websites get just as embarrassed when they select not only the same outfit, but the same woman from the same set of stock photographs to be featured on their website?
Look closely at these screen shots from the Monster.com and iContact.com home pages (click to enlarge). Notice any similarities? Apparently this girl is the hot ticket when it comes to stock photos this week. Good for her!

It seems like there must be something wrong with the American education system when multiple people can’t figure out the difference between 0.002 dollars and 0.002 cents. Those units art just tricky.
My favorite part is when the manager says ‘it’s obviously a difference of opinion’. Math is not opinion, at least it wasn’t when I was in school.
